The price shown at booking is the final price for your selected service and includes VAT, tolls, parking where required, meet & greet, flight monitoring for airport pickups, and all mandatory charges. There are no hidden fees.

We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup accordingly. For airport arrivals, you receive up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight arrival time, giving you enough time to collect your luggage and meet your driver.

For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name, so you can easily identify them as soon as you exit. Our team will also contact you shortly before your scheduled pickup to confirm the arrangements, and 24/7 telephone support is available if you need assistance.

Yes. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund. Changes can also be requested up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.

Yes. Our transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early-morning and late-night pickups. Last-minute bookings can be made as little as 30 minutes before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.

Each vehicle category has a specified passenger and luggage capacity. Please select a vehicle that comfortably accommodates everyone travelling and all luggage. If you are travelling with oversized or special luggage, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. For larger groups, we can provide two or more vehicles as required.

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for an additional charge. Pets are also welcome, provided they travel in an appropriate pet carrier. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes. We can arrange pickup from any address, including hotels, Airbnb properties, private residences, offices, airports and ports. We can also arrange private transfers from Athens to any destination requested by the customer. For non-airport pickups, up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.

Yes. Additional stops can be arranged. Any additional charge is calculated according to the extra time required and the vehicle category. We recommend arranging additional stops in advance whenever possible.

Yes. All our professional drivers speak English and can assist with general practical and local information during your journey. For private tours, a licensed professional tour guide can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
